Live Session
Most businesses have a WhatsApp list they've never engaged or sold to. Usually because they don't want to message 800 people manually.
In this one-hour live session, Azlan and Reuben build a real automated WhatsApp broadcast from scratch.
You'll see:
How we write broadcasts so people actually reply
How replies get handled without you typing
What happens to an enquiry once we receive it

9PM – 10PM
On Zoom

Most businesses " blast" (what a terrible word) a message to everyone, get some replies and most likely gets block. A broadcast that sells is built differently. Instead of just broadcasting a sales pitch, we look into personalization, timing, messaging and customer psychology. In this live session, you'll see our process.
In this session:
Automating the list: Collecting and "cleaning" WA numbers, to personalize the WhatsApp broadcast.
Writing the broadcast: Writing broadcast messages that people actually want to read (with examples!)
Automating responses: Creating an automated respons to qualify prospects and answer repeatable questions instantly
Follow ups: The missing piece in most WhatsApp sales system. Creating a timed WhatsApp message sequence.
This would be highly useful, especially if you are a business owner sitting on a WhatsApp list that you're not engaging with.

Reuben is the founder of Daily CMO and Underdog Con, a marketing conference series where speakers share real case studies and never sell from the stage. He started out as a musician and music producer, learning marketing by trial and error while growing his own music school. Over the past 12 years, he's helped secure six-figure campaigns with Nando's, TNB, Sony, and Proton, and trained teams at MediaPrima Digital, Heineken, and CapitaLand on how to grow revenue through better marketing.

Azlan is the co-founder and CTO of Otomate Me, a WhatsApp automation platform built for Malaysian businesses. He studied Mechatronics Engineering at Monash, which is a long way of saying he thinks in systems. Since 2016 he's built the WhatsApp systems behind POS Malaysia, Oxwhite, UOB Bank, whimsigirl, PichaEats and Sunago Edu — nearly a decade of shipping these for real businesses, which is why he can build one in an hour.
Live. Thursday 13 August, 9PM MYT on Zoom. The Q&A is half the value, so come. We're keeping this small.
No. If you can read a flowchart, you're fine.
That's exactly what Azlan covers. There's a right way to build the list, structure the message and pace the send — and he'll show you where people get themselves blocked.
No. Azlan builds on his own platform because it's fastest for him, but he shows the flow logic separately so you can rebuild it on Sleekflow, on n8n, or on WhatsApp Business with a Google Sheet.
Yes, and you should. "People go quiet after I send the price." "I have 800 numbers and no idea who's who." "My broadcasts get me blocked." Put yours in the form when you register so Azlan can prep. If we run out of time on the night, we'll answer it in writing after.
Reserve your spot before its gone.
