Half-day build session · Kuala Lumpur
The Million Ringgit Brand Strategy
A half-day workshop where you write your brand strategy: positioning, messaging, voice and offers, on your own business. The work a brand agency usually takes weeks and five figures to do. You do it yourself, with AI, and leave with it finished.
40 seats. HRD Corp grant applications close Fri, 6 Nov.

Most businesses I meet have a good product and a brand that sounds like everyone else's. Same words, same promises.
So customers do the only thing left: they compare the price. You give the discount. You pay more for ads. You lose deals to someone cheaper.
Say that costs you 10% on RM1 million of sales a year. That's RM100,000. Over five years, with the ads and the lost deals, it's a million ringgit. Probably more. You never see it, because it never arrives.
The fix is a brand strategy. Agencies charge five figures for one. On 12 November you build your own, in a morning.

You bring your laptop and what you know about your business. We bring the method, the templates and two trainers. AI does the typing. You make the calls. By the end of the day, your brand strategy is written, tested by a partner, and ready to use.

The AID brief has three parts. Action: what you want and in what form. Intention: what business decision it's for. Direction: who it's for, how it should sound, what it must not say, and what proof to use. Each part is scored 0 to 3. Below 6 out of 9, the answer comes back generic. You rewrite your last real prompt, run it, and a partner scores it.

You start with your positioning: who you’re for, what you do differently, and why anyone should believe you. Then you build the rest on top of it: what you promise, how you sound, and what you sell at each price. We shows you how first. Then you do it on your own business.

Before you leave, you stress-test your brand strategy. You find the three weakest spots and fix them on the spot. Then you write your 30-day plan: what you’ll do, who does it, and by when.
Most brand guides stop at logo, colours and a page on tone. This is the part underneath: the five things every ad, page and pitch should come from. You build all five on 12 November and keep them in one document you and the AI work from.
Who you're for, what only you do, and the proof. One sentence everything else comes from.
One promise, three pillars, nine proof points. Ready for any ad, page or pitch.
How your brand sounds. Paste it in front of any prompt and the AI writes like you.
Entry, core and premium offers, so the price makes sense before you say a word.
Your results and reviews turned into proof. The layer most businesses skip.
Doors open 8:30am. Training runs 9am to 1:15pm.
Name tags, and a quick check that your laptop and AI account work.
One lazy prompt against one proper brief, on the same business, live on screen. The difference shows in 90 seconds.
Action, Intention, Direction. Rewrite your own prompt, run it, and swap with a partner to score it.
Load your business sheet into the AI and run three prompts. Out comes one clear sentence: who you are, who you're for, what's different, and the proof.
Your promise and the proof behind it, how your brand sounds, and your offers from entry to premium. Miah builds one live on a volunteer's business.
The AI argues against you as a tough investor, then as a doubtful customer. A partner scores you and names three weak spots. You fix them.
Your positioning in 60 seconds in front of the room, and a 30-day plan with an owner and a deadline on every action. Ends 1:15pm.

No teaching block runs longer than 12 minutes before you're back at the keyboard. Three checks along the way. If it doesn't pass, you fix it before moving on.
Your brief: clear enough for AI to write about your business, not a generic one.
Your positioning: says who you’re for, what only you do, and the proof.
Your whole strategy: clear, different, believable, and tied to a real offer.
The stress test: one prompt plays a tough investor, one plays a doubtful customer. If it holds up against both, it holds up with real customers.

All of it built on your own business, by you.

Positioning statement
What category you're in, what problem you fight, what only you do, who it's for, and two proofs. One sentence. The line everything else comes from.
Voice codex
Six traits, a do-and-never list, and a sample paragraph the AI copies every time it writes for you.
Brand Strength score, and three fixes
Your strategy stress-tested with the Hostile Investor and Sceptical Buyer prompts, scored out of 25, with the three weakest spots and a fix for each.
The AI Brand Prompt Vault
Every prompt from the morning: the Positioning Excavation chain, the five layer builders, the two stress-test prompts. Run the whole thing again for a new product or a new business.
30 days of follow-through
A tracker for the month, and a group session 30 days later to see what's working and fix what isn't.
Messaging hierarchy
One promise, three pillars, nine proof statements. Ready to drop into any ad, page or pitch.
Offer ladder and proof engine
Entry, core and premium offers mapped to the positioning, and your results turned into evidence. Drafted in the room, finished with the Vault.
30-day activation plan
Six actions, each with an owner, a deadline and a measure. Signed before you leave the room.
Printed workbook and templates
The five layer canvas, the scorecards and the rubric, on paper, filled in by you.

Right now your website says one thing, your sales team says another, and your AI says a third. So customers compare on price. On 12 November you write the one page they all start from.
From then on, every ad, page, pitch and reply comes from that page. A new hire reads it on day one. Fewer discounts, ads that pull in one direction, and a team that writes like you.

Founder, The Beyond, Singapore
Miah wrote this programme and leads most of the building. He uses AI for brand strategy and marketing work every day, and is a certified trainer through the Blair Singer Training Academy. He'll build one brand live, on a volunteer's business, so you see every step before you do it.

Founder, Daily CMO · HRD Corp accredited trainer
Reuben runs Daily CMO, a marketing agency that builds funnels and campaigns for Malaysian businesses, and the Underdog marketing conferences in KL. He's the HRD Corp trainer of record for this course. On the day he's at the tables with you, reading what the AI gave you and asking whether it sounds like you or like everyone else.
No. The brief takes about 45 minutes to learn. The other three hours are spent building your brand strategy with it, testing it, and planning the 30 days after. You leave with the strategy, not just the skill.
Usually, yes. Most brand guides cover logo, colours and fonts, and a page on tone. This builds the part underneath: what you stand for, who it's for, why anyone should believe you, and how to say it. If your guide already has all that, bring it and stress-test it.
No. If you can type a message, you can do this. Bring a laptop, since tablets won't work for the exercises, and sign up for a free account on the AI tool we use before the day. We'll send the link.
Claude, an AI assistant like ChatGPT. The free account is enough for everything we do in the room. Sign up at claude.ai before the day, it takes two minutes.
Yes. The session runs on Claude so everyone is on the same screen, but the AID brief works in whichever AI tool you use afterwards.
About 15 minutes of pre-work, sent 7 days before: a short quiz and a one-page sheet about your business. Please don't skip the sheet. Every exercise runs on it.
Yes, and it's the best way to do it. Each person needs their own seat and laptop. Some exercises are done in pairs, so two or more people from one company works well, and you all leave with the same brand document.
Companies with 10 or more Malaysian employees must register with HRD Corp, and those with 5 to 9 can choose to. If your company is registered and its levy is up to date, you can claim. If not, you can pay yourself.
