Azlan Alam Malik is the Co-founder and CTO of Otomate Me, a WhatsApp automation and conversational AI platform built for Malaysian businesses.

With a background in Mechatronics Engineering from Monash University, Azlan brings a rare combination of engineering rigour and product-driven thinking to the world of business automation.

Since co-founding Otomate Me in 2016, Azlan has led the technical architecture of products that help SMEs automate customer communications, manage leads, and drive sales through WhatsApp, one of Malaysia's most widely used business communication channels.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience building automation tools used by real businesses, Azlan is a practitioner who teaches from the ground up, sharing case studies from systems he has
