Not a Sales 101 workshop. For people who've been closing long enough to know that something is leaking — and want a specific way to plug it.

Is this workshop suitable for someone who isn't in sales?

This is made for those in sales and who make deals. If you are not in a sales or partnership role, this workshop might not be directly applicable to you.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring one real deal that's currently stuck — ideally one where you've heard "let me think about it" or gone quiet for a few weeks. The live diagnostic in the second half works on your actual pipeline, not hypothetical case studies.

Will there be a recording if I can't attend?

No. This is a working session — half the value is in the room, role-playing with Steve and the other participants. If you can't be there in person on 26 May, we'd suggest waiting for the next cohort.

Can I send someone from my team instead?

Yes. Just let us know the name change at least 48 hours before the workshop. Seats are transferable up until then.

Is there parking at Commonground Bangsar South?

Yes. Commonground is inside The Vertical, Bangsar South — covered paid parking in the building, directly connected to KL Sentral via BRT. Give yourself 15 minutes for parking on a weekday afternoon.

Will Steve be selling anything at the end?

Yes, Steve will introduce a program for participants who want to go deeper into the Trust Intelligence framework, and use it to improve their sales. This is completely optional, and we will never hard sell you. The workshop is valuable on its own.
